Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to wholesale enquiries submitted through this site — for example, to prepare a quote, verify that an enquiry comes from a licensed clinical or pharmacy buyer, and to follow up on a request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained until the enquiry is closed, and thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary for our business records, including for tax, accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
